These Terms & Conditions govern use of wireless services provided under the Wholesale Mobile brand. Your specific plan, pricing, included features, taxes and fees, and other commercial terms are those disclosed for the plan you select.
Eligibility, Activation and Account Use
Service requires an eligible device and successful activation. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity occurring through your account or service.
Plans, Billing and Payments
Plan charges and billing frequency are disclosed with each offered plan. Applicable taxes, fees, promotional terms, renewal terms, and additional charges are disclosed where relevant to the selected service.
Coverage and Service Availability
Wireless coverage and performance vary by location, device, network conditions, technology, congestion, signal strength, and other factors. Coverage maps and performance descriptions are estimates and do not guarantee service at every location.
Network Management
Wireless service is subject to reasonable network-management practices used by the underlying network provider and applicable service configuration. Plan-specific data treatment, hotspot allowances, speed policies, and typical network performance are disclosed with the applicable plan and Broadband Facts label.
Acceptable Use
Service may not be used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a manner that interferes with the network, other customers, or the operation of the service.
Changes, Suspension and Termination
Service or account access may be changed, suspended, or terminated as permitted by these Terms, the applicable plan terms, or law, including for nonpayment, fraud, misuse, or security concerns.
